promoting growth with upselling initiatives
How we helped Specsavers bring the store experience home with a new, playful and interactive virtual experience.
setting the scene
After acquiring a new technology partner and with the goal of attracting a younger audience, Specs' sought to revamp their Virtual Try-On tool. Using A.R., this technology allows customers to try any frames in real-time from the comfort of their homes, directly on the site, with no apps or additional software.
The goal was to create a new experience to enhance customer interaction through smooth and intuitive controls, personalisation and playful branding.
